Cancellation and Refunds

Did you change your mind?

We have a no refund policy on purchases if you change your mind. Please consider the following:

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, any up front payments will be forfeited
• In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited
• Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law

Pre Paid Treatments

If you pre-pay for treatments you will be discounted an amount according to your pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they can not be transferred to other individuals.

Pre-pays have a 4 month expiry date, with follow up appointments booked between 8 and 12 week intervals. Should you not attend the bookings agreed to at your appointment prior and fail to provide 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the amount of the treatment session.
